SPMC is set up by a group of experienced engineers, project and program managers to assist institutions in developing countries meet the basic needs of their citizens. SPMC achieves this goal by interfacing directly with the developing country client and working with the client to develop the structures and systems required to manage program of projects so as to deliver the desired benefits.
